My stay at Natalia Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, close to everything, including the SM mall and the walking street. However, the room I stayed in was quite worn and seemed in need of renovation. While I enjoyed a decent breakfast, the service left a lot to be desired, with staff being generally disinterested.
